Data & Claims Policy

How ModSnap handles marketing claims, demo data, testimonials, and public metrics.

Purpose

This policy explains how ModSnap presents product claims, metrics, testimonials, and partner information on our website.
Our goal is to avoid misleading statements and keep all public-facing claims accurate and reviewable.

Data Sources and Claim Standards

  • We only publish factual claims that can be reasonably substantiated by internal records or verifiable public data.
  • If data is unavailable, incomplete, or in testing, we use neutral language and avoid quantified growth claims.
  • Marketing copy is periodically reviewed and updated when product scope changes.

Demo and Sample Content

  • Some screens may include demo/sample data for UI preview.
  • Demo data is explicitly labeled (for example, "Demo Data" or "Sample concept (demo)").
  • Demo content is not presented as verified customer activity, merchant endorsements, or real transaction history.

Testimonials and Social Proof

  • We do not publish fabricated customer testimonials as real customer feedback.
  • Any quote, review, or case-study style content must be either:
    1. from a real user with permission, or
    2. clearly marked as sample/demo content.

Ratings, Rankings, and Merchant Profiles

  • Rating values, review counts, and certification labels are shown only when backed by actual data.
  • Fallback/demo merchant records are marked as demo and avoid synthetic trust signals.

Pricing and Product Claims

  • Plan details, billing terms, and feature descriptions are published on the pricing and legal pages.
  • We avoid guaranteed outcome language and do not claim unsupported integrations, endorsements, or market position.
